VALUE
Pursuing Client Value + Partnership × Proposal
At Creson, our top priority is delivering tangible value to our clients. However, pursuing profit alone does not lead to sustainable business growth. Our fundamental approach is to set forward-looking goals and develop strategies as a hands-on partner, working alongside our clients with proactive proposals.
At times, we share our expertise and know-how directly with our clients. At others, we go beyond simply delivering plans — we think together with our clients to ensure genuine satisfaction, and we continue to make proposals as a trusted partner committed to exceeding expectations.

Career Background
After graduating from university, Hitoshi Aoki joined Reuters Japan, where he worked as a systems engineer on global financial network systems, including foreign exchange trading platforms.
He then served as a systems manager at Reuters Singapore for five years, successfully leading projects such as the automation of the Asia data center. During his time in Singapore, he also managed a multinational team of approximately 30 staff members.
After returning from Singapore, he studied business administration at a Dutch business school before joining Hitachi, Ltd. in Japan. At Hitachi’s Strategic Business Planning Office, he led new business development initiatives, leveraging Hitachi’s core technologies to launch several new IT ventures.
In particular, during new business development in China, he not only drove business creation himself but also proposed new approaches to business development in emerging markets, planning and promoting innovative investment and incubation schemes.
After 11 years at Hitachi, Ltd., he founded Creson Co., Ltd. At Creson, he draws on his extensive international experience and expertise in new business development to lead inbound operations — offering authentic Japanese cultural experiences to international visitors — as well as outbound operations including overseas promotional campaigns using short-form video and cross-border e-commerce.
