During his time in Singapore, he also managed a multinational team of approximately 30 staff members.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            After returning from Singapore, he studied business administration at a Dutch business school before joining Hitachi, Ltd. in Japan. At Hitachi&#8217;s Strategic Business Planning Office, he led new business development initiatives, leveraging Hitachi&#8217;s core technologies to launch several new IT ventures.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            In particular, during new business development in China, he not only drove business creation himself but also proposed new approaches to business development in emerging markets, planning and promoting innovative investment and incubation schemes.\n          <\/p>\n          <p>\n            After 11 years at Hitachi, Ltd., he founded Creson Co., Ltd. At Creson, he draws on his extensive international experience and expertise in new business development to lead inbound operations \u2014 offering authentic Japanese cultural experiences to
